How much is the discount?
The First Responder discount is currently $5/month off the standard plan price, applied for as long as you remain a customer.
Do I have to be currently serving?
No. The discount is available if you are currently employed, or have previously been employed, in an eligible first responder field.
How do you verify eligibility?
We accept a DVA White or Gold Card, AHPRA registration, or an agreed first responder ID. We are mindful of security and will work with you on a method that suits.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month with unlimited data and no lock-in contracts.
